Isms.
Sorry, but this ism my priority.
No, I mean it, it "truly ism".
So, after much deliberation, I return to the blogsphere... You know how it goes: life catches you in a place you did not plan to end up in. With all of the goings on worldwide, I thought it was high time to return to the role of keyboard warrior!
Bang!
Social divides, religion, class, creed, views, rights, ambititions, character flaws. We have things in place which provide identity and connectives. We feel the need to represent our thoughts through imagery i.e tatoos. I use the term "we" loosely as I don't have any tatoos and this is considered abnormal. Therefore, I, by definition am abnormal.
Do I cry myself to sleep due to my differences? "Hell to the no" said the late Whitney Houston. I for one am an advocate for individuality, I expressed this from the wee stages of childhood. Never wanting to be dressed the same as others or get in to trends quickly. Always seeing the benefit over originating than imitating. Saying all this makes you wonder why the resistance comes in to play.
Human beings are a fickle sort, happy when things are bad, but improve things and civil unrest joins the party. I had a chat with my barber last night about Obamacare and the intent behind it, his facial expressions were priceless based on the utter ignorance of the people it was aiding. I was clueless like Alicia Silverstone or Stacey Dash even.
Such a ramble, such a ramble. Thought train sporadic, mental overload... Breathe, relax, peace.
